Important: Please read these Terms carefully. Using EarnHook means you accept all terms listed below. If you disagree with any part, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
To use EarnHook, you must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States or another country where the service is available, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You may only hold one account per person.
2. Account registration
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must keep your login credentials confidential. EarnHook is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
3. Packages and payments
- Package fees are payable in USDT (TRC20) only.
- All payments are non-refundable after the 7-day refund window (see Refund Policy).
- EarnHook does not guarantee specific earning amounts. Daily earnings depend on task completion.
- Package prices may change. Existing members are not affected by price changes.
4. Earning and withdrawal rules
- Earnings are credited only for fully and correctly completed tasks.
- Withdrawal requires meeting your plan's minimum balance ($100 on all plans) AND your plan's referral target (Growth 2, Elite 2, Supreme 1 active paid referrals).
- A flat withdrawal processing fee of $3 (minimum) is deducted from each withdrawal to cover network and transaction costs.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 business hours.
- EarnHook reserves the right to delay withdrawals for fraud investigation.
Example: If you withdraw $100, a $3 processing fee applies and you receive $97 in USDT. The fee may be higher for larger amounts based on network conditions, but never less than $3.
5. Referral program
Self-referrals (using your own link with alternate accounts) are strictly prohibited. Purchasing referrals or any form of artificial manipulation of the referral system will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. Referrals must be genuine — the referred person must independently register and purchase a plan.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not: use automated bots or scripts to complete tasks; share accounts with other users; use VPNs to circumvent regional restrictions; engage in fraudulent activity; or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
7. Account suspension and termination
EarnHook reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion. In cases of confirmed fraud, the associated balance is forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
8. Limitation of liability
EarnHook is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount paid for their package.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Refund eligibility
You may request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of your package purchase date.
- You have completed fewer than 5 tasks since purchasing the package.
- Your account is in good standing (not suspended or flagged for any policy violation).
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 24 hours have passed since purchase.
- You have completed 5 or more tasks.
- The account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations.
- The refund request is a result of a fraudulent referral or chargeback attempt.
- Earnings have already been withdrawn from the account.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within the 24 hours window:

Include your registered email address, transaction ID of the USDT payment, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 48 hours.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned in USDT (TRC20) to the same wallet address used for the original payment. Processing time is 3–5 business days after approval. EarnHook does not cover blockchain network fees for the refund transaction.
Note: Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting EarnHook will result in permanent account suspension.
